At the core of my mission, I am in service and devoted to all women, guiding them to discover & release childhood wounds and past traumas, so they can create healthy polarity in their relationships, unlock deeper intimacy and experience the profound depths of their pleasure.

I specialise in facilitating this through my gifts of body work, 1:1 Mentoring, group trainings, online courses and in person workshops. Within these transformative spaces you are given the opportunity to journey inward and connect with yourself at the core of who you are.

I am deeply passionate about empowering women to let down their masculine shield, surrender and embody their natural feminine essence. My journey has been a tapestry of profound lessons each deeply ingrained within me before I was able to share and guide others on their path.

MY JOURNEY

Hi, I'm Jenna…

Much like many women raised in our predominantly masculine society, I quickly learned to suppress my true self. Struggling with low self-esteem, body image issues, anxiety, and depression, I turned to drugs and alcohol as a means to numb my pain and cope with life's challenges. On the surface, I projected an image of having it all together, but deep down, I felt like I was slowly withering away losing myself in the process.

From as young as 5 years old, I started to develop a mistrust of the masculine. In response, as I became an adult, I adopted an ultra-masculine facade to provide my own strength and constructed a protective shield to ward off potential hurt.

At 30 years old,

I entered into a marriage that I called in with a man who embodied more feminine qualities. In doing so, both of us found ourselves living out of sync with our true nature. My deep-seated mistrust of the masculine led me to unknowingly emasculating him even more creating tension, resentment, anger and frustration. As our conflicting polarities became increasingly apparent, I came to the painful realisation that he wouldn't be able to hold the masculine frame and provide the security & safety I needed in relationship. Eventually, this realisation led to the end of our marriage.

My sexual awakening also began around this time when I was introduced to the Yoni Egg. Little did I know that this little gem would awaken my eros and stir up my feminine essence. As I embraced this awakening, I started to transform. I found myself delving even deeper into the realms of sacred sexuality and the dance of polarities within relationships.

As I recognised the potency and transformative power of this work, my dedication turned inward, focusing on healing my relationship with myself and my body, my relationship to the masculine, shedding old belief systems and allowing safety and space for my desires to flourish.

There were profound shifts, where I learned to embrace my feminine core, started living more authentically, became more orgasmic, and pleasure and joy began to fill my life.

Today…. my passion lies in empowering women back to self-love, embracing their sexual sovereignty and helping them transform the polarity in their intimate relationship & improving their sex life.
